Student Life
To be a student at Newman College is to be involved in the many aspects of College life. In the first place, ‘Flat Groups’ of eight bedrooms form a small family within the larger community. Students have the option to join committees from Media to Conservation, from organising Balls to Community Service. In addition they can join sporting teams, either as an ‘A’ team member or as an ‘All-Star’. The College has good facilities including bedrooms of generous size. The Dining Room, enclosed by the wonderful space of the Burley Griffin Dome, offers three meals a day (except Sundays, when brunch and dinner are served). Formal dinners are held three times a week.
